Process that YHWorks follows
Company follows an agile scrum based development process for development for all the clients and tracks the project progress, run by certified Scrum Master. For each project, a dedicated sprint board is created and tracked the user stories (user requirements). Each board may have a separate set of funnels through which the card gets passed. Generally funnels are – “Current Backlog”, “In Progress”, “In Review”, “Ready for QA”, “In QA”, “Demo”, “Done”
